We trained DeepTone™ on tens of thousands of distinct voices with a variety of languages and accents.
DeepTone™ captures the diversity of emotional expression in much of the world’s population, understands key behaviours and acoustic signals in real-time providing a rich, acoustic map of the human voice.
We believe that protecting privacy while offering real-time voice intelligence at scale is what businesses
(and humanity) need to create more useful and meaningful experiences between people and machines.
Both options provide the same suite of features, the difference is in how you want to process your data.
SDK's are usually a better match for customers that want to embed our technology in their Mobile Apps,
IoT devices, and also are looking to process the information locally/on the device.
For enterprise needs, where customers need to process large volumes of data without worrying about data security, we usually recommend the On-Prem API solution.
If none of these options work for you, you can start with a 15 day free trial on our Cloud API.
That saves you time on development and lets you explore on how to derive insights from DeepTone™'s output and see if our product works for you.
After that, we can upgrade you to a pay-as-you-go Cloud API license until you are ready for something different.
The audio data is sent to our AWS cloud environment in the EU region, where it is processed by our DeepTone Cloud API service. The audio data is not stored after the processing. For more information, please refer to https://docs.oto.ai/api/
No. DeepTone™ extracts low-level behavioural markers from the raw waveform from anyone’s voice, allowing you to isolate and identify key moments that reveal insights on human experience at scale in any language, without compromising human privacy.
Yes. DeepTone™ is language-independent and can extract information from anyone's voice in any language, however it is important to understand that the behavioural markers that are picked up might represent different things in cultural-specific environments.
Provided with sizeable and contextually relevant data, we can customise our models to better improve this extraction to a specific goal or need you might have.
